I called yesterday about my dad who was rushed to your hospital to see if there was an update on his condition but the nurse I spoke to on the phone just screamed at me and wouldn’t help when I asked to speak to a supervisor she just hung up the phone I called back and she told me that she will tell him to call me but when I called him later on I asked him if the nurse told him to call me he said nobody told him
