The ICU is wonderful. Doctors and nursed were compassionate and attentive. Both to patient and family needs. HOWEVER, the stepdown unit is HORRIBLE. Under staffed and patient care suffers tremendously!!! Nurses, with the exception of 2...clearly lacked compassion and attention to patient. I never seen such a horrific lack of care.
Love Dr Alani she is very kind and supportive. Her assistant Dr Watson I believe is very nice too.
