The people. The people of BMC from parking valets, to reception, secretaries, cafeteria staff, nurses, and doctors, all live the hospital motto of exceptional care without exception. People are so kind and helpful. It makes such a huge difference when you are in pain or worried about a loved one. And there is no better medical care anywhere.

The only thing I do not like is that they make announcements asking some to call the station, “” please go to such room or they have a call on “line 2” it’s consistently going off all day in my room. How can one take a nap till it’s time for someone disturbed me. Why do they have pagers for if your constantly making announcements? I’ll put it on my survey. A lot of patients has complained about this. But over all, my care team is great. They’re so sweet to me. Thank you for also having a rooftop gardens as well. So cool! Tha... read more

As a constant patient in the SICU and Step Down Unit, I have to praise the hero's. I've not encountered a nurse who has treated me in an ill manner, and the doctors and their teams are sure to visit constantly and stay on top of your health. I'm not even a MA resident, and this facility and the ENT clinic has been amazing. Though having to come in isnt ever fun , I can say their care makes it so much easier. Thank you to all of you, and your amazing help. I wish I could honor the nurses in these units In a better way.
