Every single department in this hospital has the worst customer service. Even just checking in for an appt, the receptionist act as if it’s their job to be rude before you can even smile and say hi to them! My husband has cancer, so we are here all the time. Besides his doctors there’s only be 3 people who have been hospitable. It’s a shame! I know your located is the shittiest part of Boston, but that’s not the patients fault.
Recommendedi have always had positive experiences and have spent a good deal of time here. i had my babies here and the nurses and doctors went above and beyond. when i did have spinal fusion my nuerosurgeon and the whole department met my every need. absolutely would reccomend them.

I recommend anyone going to this hospital do not go to see Sepehr Sekhavat MD, he is very insensitive & in my opinion a liar & not a trustworthy person. He does not seem to be very professional or knowledgeable. He does not have any personable skills dealing with patients who are sad or confused about situations they are in, instead he talks down about them calling them angry individuals etc.

Every person I encountered from the valet, the registrars, NP, Surgeons and OR staff and doctors are professional, empathic, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. Dr. Virginia Litle, whom I saw today, is kind and a great surgeon. Well done everyone.
