My experience with OCC, Dr. Noecker, Teresa Lubanda was disastrous. It began in January 2022, with my "Premium Cataract Surgery Payment" of $2500.00 per eye. No explanation of what THAT amount covered. To date (4/25/22) MY costs have exceeded $9000.00!!!
