I went in to see how far away I was from my goal of getting another bike after years of waiting... I drove my bike home that afternoon/evening. Everyone was extremely helpful in making it possible.
Went in just to look at a bike I saw on their web site. We met Mike Arnold the sales manager. He and the rest of the staff at Open Road Harley-Davidson went above and beyond to help me purchase a 2007 FLHTCU. No high pressure sales. Best of all "I was treated like a Person and not like a number"! Thanks to every one there.
