Everyone there is amazing and extremely helpful whether you're buying a bike product buying apparel. They aren't pushy in any way at all! My fiance and I absolutely love this place!! Keep up the out of this world customer service!
My boyfriend and I went in Friday evening just before closing, looking at a motorcycle, specifically what would be his first bike! The employees here were just amazing and very patient with us. 6 o'clock rolls around and no one is pushing us out the door. We felt so bad for making employees stay late, but we did end up leaving having purchased the bike! Mike and Brad were very hospitable and incredibly helpful! This place is all about the customer service! Can't wait for our first ride on the new Sportster!
Just picked up my bike from service department. .talk about getting it done right. ..and the price came in less than expected! Best of the Best A+++++++

Went there yesterday for motor clothes & merchandise since I was in the area but I am really glad I didn't make a special trip because this was not a pleasant buying experience. I damn near left my would be purchases on the counter and left.

We saw Open Road HD for the first time in 2010 while on our way to another dealer to look for a used HD bike. My wife said let's stop there and see what they have. Four hours later I rode away on a brand new Street Glide and a new bunch of friends. I'm on my fourth new bike (2016 Heritage Softail Classic) bought from Open Road and every experience with them has been terrific. All of the employees have become friends and Open Road is one of the few places where everyone gives you a hug, even the other customers.
