I was shopping for a new bike to replace my '94 Ultra. I was looking at one, but Amanda and I chose something else. We couldn't be happier with our '09 Ultra! The buying experience was awesome!! I have been going to Open Road H-D for a few years now and every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted by name. Pete, Mike, Lori, Brad, Alex, Brittany and Chelsea are all great people and their attention to detail and customer experience is second to none! Thanks to the staff for helping us out with our new ride!
My husband and I went to look at a bike. It would be our first Harley. There are several dealerships closer to us. The people there are so friendly and helpful. No one was pushy. It was a great experience and I'm so glad we drove the extra miles. We bought our first Harley. Thank you Brad and Mike for a wonderful experience. We won't shop anywhere else.
The only place I will go from now on thank you to a staff that went above and beyond to make our dreams come true

Had some check engine lights on my 2003 Road King, called and spoke to several guys from Service, Jeremy and Scott helped me decide to get the 30k check done which would save me some money and hopefully find out what the issue was. Drew checked me in and then I HAD to walk around the showroom. Wendy and Mike are very knowledgeable and helpful when looking at bikes.
