Everyone at Open Road are friendly and they know a lot about the bikes. I would not shop any other place.
They did an excellent job of costumer service. Treated us like we were friends. Delivered on what they promised. I bought the bike and will return for anything I need.

Went to Open Road to look for a better riding than my 07 Ultra Classic I was very interested in the low models because I'm little short on one end. I ended up with16 ultra limited low holy smokes what a ride. Rode 650 miles this week end and had a blast on the bike.Every single person I encountered at Open Road was great to work.
