A month ago, I was in this office with my daughter, Doctor Abraham and Blerta were very friendly and worked carefully. Especially Blerta, she was indeed very careful with the x-rays. I'm very glad to share with everybody about my great experience, I highly recommend going here.
The staff is incredibly rude and provides abhorrent customer service. I scheduled an appointment three months in advance only to find out that the appointment was scheduled on a day when the dentist wasn't even there. Instead of apologizing, she did nothing but blame me for my mailbox being full when she tried to reach me THE DAY BEFORE to tell me that the dentist wouldn't be there. Receptionist Karen is trash to say the least. Attitude was unnecessary and not warranted. Scheduled me and then cancled without my knowledge until almost 3 hours later and a whole new group of pt in the waiting room. She must of cancled me when I went to grab a book from my car, on my return back inside KAREN walked past me laughing with her coworker. And the coworker stated you should text. I don't like to assume but mostly for the replacement receptionist to know to fix what KAREN did. KAREN did not fix and left me waiting... read more
