They seem too happy and quick to charge late fees. I moved into my house back in 2018 and the fee was already paid by previous owner. Waited in 2019 to figure out who and where to send my yearly due and the first mail from them came with a late payment fee. Figured I must not have seen the first bill or mistaken it for junk mail, I went ahead and paid the due including the late fee. Thank you for your review. We were hired by the association to enforce the deed restrictions, enforcement policy, and collection policy. The collection policy states how the association will collect fees, and what happens if fees are not paid in accordance with the policy. We apologize if there was any confusion, and welcome any feedback regarding how we can be more effective in enforcing the collection policy for the association.
I have worked with three different HOAs and have never had the quality of service that I experienced with Doug. He is kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thankful to have had Onyx as an HOA.

The Onyx main person merits every negative review I have seen already placed here. I checked today to see what others thought in order to double check myself. I'm not the only one who feels as I do. This owner is in collections for non payment of her condo fees and is confusing the treatment of her manager with the treatment of the collections firm. The collections firm has since refunded her legal fees and this post should be removed.
I have lived in my neighborhood for 9 years now. I did not get involved with HOA meetings until 3 years ago because, I was one of those residents that just stayed to myself. I attended my first meeting once I saw my neighborhood going downhill. Much to my own stupidty and surprise, Onyx Realty as the Property Mangement company was fairly new to my neighborhood. If I could it would be 0 stars. Onyx Realty who is our Condo management company for ******Park is a joke. From the owner, Doug D**** and the son AJ D**** (our Property Manager) and other family members, they are four generations of incompetence. ***** *. I have to agree with the previous reviews in this site. We were charged a late fee, but had no problem cashing the check and then sending us a late fee. Not even justifyable, when they fail to clean off our snow covered streets for morning commute, then to come home in the evening to find slug ice 2-3 feet high plowed in front of the driveway. Pot holes getting bigger every year not addressed and still upset about neglected burnt out street lights & contract favors they waist our fees on. Can't wait to meet AJ.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The association has adopted a collection policy and that policy is followed for all homeowners to ensure consistency. The other items in this complaint are not valid. The association is not responsible for snow plowing on public streets - the City has that responsibility. The City is also responsible for maintaining the roads and the potholes. The association only maintains the common areas for the association, and does not maintain public property.
