We had an unfortunate experience renting from OnWire. Our property manager, Marie, was fantastic, but with our landlord (who is the owner of OnWire Realty) it was like pulling teeth to get repairs completed. Things like the promise of window screen replacements at the start of the lease were never completed, and we had a leak in the attic for over half the duration of the lease. In addition the floorboards started lifting up and breaking / chipping. Overall a bummer, which is a shame as the house had a lot of potential.
As a lender, its integral to work alongside knowledgeable and caring Realtors to ensure the ultimate homebuying experience. Fawn Wang is who you want to have in your corner. She's altruistic, a master negotiator, and a personable professional that knows the area like the back of her hand. Fawn #1
