After training for over 3 years in CrossFit, I found Mike which helped me so much to find the root problem to my back pain. He has a great way of explaining and coming to conclusion if you are dealing with a certain problem that is not allowing you to move the way you want to. He is very professional and his location is 10/10!
I came to Mike with a severe pain in my left lat that had kept me away from the gym for weeks. He was quickly able to identify the limitations and create an exercise plan to target my specific weaknesses. After just a few sessions, I was able to go back to my normal routine without any restrictions. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Mike is an incredible Physical therapist! He was able to help me with the pain I was feeling in my foot, both to bring relief to the pain and help me understand what was needed to strengthen my foot so I wouldn't experience the pain again. He isn't trying to keep you coming and depending on him. What was amazing was how he also followed up with me, checking in to see how my foot was doing. Highly recommend Onward Physical Therapy!
