I had the worst experience. The receptionists are great but when I was introduced to my stylist Ryan, she told me she was not comfortable or good at doing blond hair and proceeded to quote me $190.00 dollars to do my hair. Mind you this was 45 min after my appointment time that I was consulted. I will never return to this salon again. The worst part is I called to make my appointment over the phone and gave a detailed description of what I was wanting and she was recommended to me.

My husband and I are in the process of buying a house and I honestly didn't know how stressed I was until I went to see Kaitlyn at the salon and I nearly fell asleep during the scalp massage. Never mind that the cut and color I got were AMAZING! So many positive compliments on my hair! It's such an emotional boost :)

Stevie is amazing!! I have naturally curly hair and have had the hardest time finding someone who knows how to cut it. Stevie knows her stuff though and I will never go to anyone else. Everyone at ONU is extremely friendly and I highly recommend this salon and Stevie!!
