While comes to salary and promotion OPT is worst developing company, I'm not sad to work with OPT, in other words love to work thre, bt promotion r being offered to those who r incapable of the position, just get the promotion by oiling and buttering... OPT can nvr bcm an MNC...Secondly problem in the company is deducting of salary every month tat to 13.6%-15% of my salary... Wat will you say tis is India or u r not clever enuf to hold on to ur best employees and loose them bcz they dnt butter ur ***!!! :0

Worst job in the world...!!! The management treats you like absolute pieces of shit. They look down on you, think there better than you, even though 95% of the management is under 23 yrs old. If your over 40 you have no shot in the world of moving up in the company. People who have worked there for ten years have still yet to get a raise (pathetic).
