I have been employed at OPT for over 3 years. I have seen the Belfast site grow and improve as the company has grown as a whole. Employee satisfaction and quality are key drivers in the success of OPT. Leadership had been an area of improvement which currently we have a fantastic leadership team in place. Im looking forward to continuing my tenure and watching the success of this great company.
Managment take care their TEAM LEADER activity. their TEAM LEADER at OMEGA BUILDING 12TH FLOOR. their approach is worst with female staff.
Worst place to work. Managers can be rude to employees and nothing happens. When you say something about there attitude you get fired. Waited 3 weeks to fire me after they said everything was OK. Never get the 40 hours promised. Was promise days and then was told not even to ask. Right before my 90 days. They lie and break promises a lot.
Love my job with Belfast onprocess technology. New job fair for Belfast September 22 and 23rd.
Terrible company I worked for 15 years. No good . Poor management and corporate greed seek a better job
