I'm not their customer. Them involved in business between Asurion, Verizon and I makes it not worth the $50 a month I pay for total device protection. The many devices I have shipped to me are a result of faulty equipment. Being treated as if I'm going to keep some piece of crap that doesn't work, is adding insult to injury. I need something to return this equipment. I have been asking. Last I heard it was being sent to me that was over a week ago. It has still not arrived! Please send the equipment return or reimburse me for having to go purchase whatever to return this equipment. This is getting old!!!!
