RecommendedI have worked for Onprocess for a little over 3 years. They offer 40 hours on day one. You get 2 weeks vacation a year and a week sick time. The work is interesting and sometime challenging. It is a call center so you do spend your day in front of a computer talking to people. It can be repetitive. Though the people you work with make up for it. We are like a big family. I look forward to going to work.

I work at the Belfast Facility and have been there a little over a year now!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I even got my daughter working there and she likes it. No place is perfect but this is absolutely the best place I have ever worked! Where you get paid for training and benefits and a flexible schedule. You start earning paid time off and sick time the first day of training. They even offer 401 K benefits. Right now they are having a Biggest Loser contest trying to get everyone to get healthy.

If you work hard and show up every day - it's a really good company to work for. I love what I do and have been encouraged to grow. Every company/job has good and bad things about it. OnProcess Technology is not perfect but they care about the community and making a better place to come to work everyday.

I've worked here a total of almost 9 years now in Kolkata, India. I have had the opportunity to visit Ashland as well. It's a great place to work and grow. Everyday you challenge yourself. Great leadership, innovative business strategies and models. Open door policy. And it client list is very impressive.
