Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. RecommendedOngaro serviced our furnace, replaced the insulation on the ducts, and replaced our old hot water heaters with a tankless hot water heater. All work was done neatly and on time as promised. Everyone was customer oriented, cheerful, professional and interested in doing a good job.
Everyone we dealt with were very professional: clear communications, timely and quality work. Douglas did a good job describing our options, and addressing any concerns we had. Ian did an amazing installation job. The office personnel were very helpful. Could we have found a company to do the work cheaper? - Probably. Ongaro & Sons were on time, very professional, and John was absolutely not pushy about what needed to be done at our home. I would definitley recommend them to everybody. John was very thorough and patient in explaining the issues at our home.
Have used Ongaro & Sons for repairs for several years. They are on time , do excellent work and have always been very pleasant. Now they started texting when they are on their way (plus someone from the office called).!! I would recommend them highly.
