Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. Knowledgeable, professional, nice!
Tyler was really knowledgeable and practical with his assessment and estimate for the work to provide and replace an existing furnace. He didn't try to upsell equipment. I was a bit shocked at the price, but this is California (I'm from Wyoming and installed the furnace in my 140-year-old home myself.)
Tyler came out today to give us an estimate on Furnace and A/C replacement. He was professional and friendly and answered all our questions honestly and directly. It was a very good experience and we appreciate it!
I've used this company for a few decades...bought a new furnace from them and have a yearly contract for furnace check ups! I would recommend them for any work that needs to be done in your home.

I just had the best night's sleep in YEARS thanks to my brand new furnace and ducts. Our heating system was 60+years old and it was time for new 20 years ago! These guys are rockstars! They put in the new unit in 1 day. Back today to fix ducts that had been made out of tin beer cans and led to no where. Now we can airbnb our College kid's room while he is at school.
Very pleased with the service I got from both Douglas (hot water heater) and Tyler (furnace). Very honest assessment of my appliances; no hard-sell... just honest feedback. I will certainly use them when the time comes to replace my appliances. Both of them also had a great sense of humor!
He was very professional and did not try to pressure us. He made sure we got all discounts available. He took his time to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable with the purchase of our new furnace and air conditioner.
