Hello friends, this is Ernie Ongaro. Along with my brother Paul and cousins Dean and Mitch we own and operate Ongaro & Sons plumbing heating cooling and electrical. We’re a family business opened in 1932 by our grandfather. It’s always been a big part of our lives. Mark Ross is the best technician I have come to my house on any issue ever. He is incredibly technical, educated, energetic and extremely pleasant. He quickly diagnosed my issue and had resolved in 30 minutes. Ask for Mark if you need a service
Nick Neisen was knowledgeable, respectful, clean, neat. He explained as he went along with me at what he was looking and its status. Couldn’t have been better - and I’ve dealt with many AC companies all over the Bay Area. I should know, right? Now you know, too. 😊 Oh! I should add.... just before he arrived I received a text from Ongaro announcing his arrival with his photo.

Competent, caring, & honest.
I've had two visits recently -- one for a regular furnace check and the second to deal with problems the first visit uncovered -- problems caused by another company. Both Ongaro representatives were professional, very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. This is my heating/plumbing place for all needs in the future.
Scott took his time get a thorough inspection and subsequently explained everything including additional questions that I had just so that I understood things better truly did an incredible job
