I was stood up by them twice. Both times I had to inform them of our meeting. The first time, Irene Gonzalez said they had technical difficulties so we rescheduled for the next morning. The next morning, I received a confirmation of our meeting but again, at the time of our meeting, they were a no-show. I had to text them to remind them of our meeting. I understand this maybe happening once but twice two days in a row is ridiculous. It was a complete waste of my time.
My husband and I are a very busy couple and have been looking for a property. Unfortunately, our experience with the realtor liz was extremely disappointing. When we finally had the time to reach out, Liz provided us with the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered.
