a big rip off, help when needed yea but when it comes their customer service it is the worse by far. I fell behind and each time I tried calling to resolve the problem nothing I said mattered it was their way or no way at all. you talk to someone by text and then call the office and no one has a clue as to what your talking about. I was treated with respect and a general kind environment. The process was easy and the ladies at the *********S.D. branch were very helpful with all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend one main financial for a loan.
