Actually enjoyed the process at the branch office, I started doing it online and it became difficult with the person on the other end of the phone who seemed not to care one bit about her job, so I hung up and darted to the nearest branch for the better morning personal experience. Which was the better choice as the employee at the branch office explained everything much better than the person on the phone did.

Awesome experience. My loan officer in Florida was great. Explained everything in simple terms and very patient. How great is this, she talked with me about what would be needed to pay loan off early. Would refer anyone and everyone to OneMain Financial. They were Great.
