They make it easy for parents to work out.... Between the excellent staff in the kids area who learned my daughter's name after the 1st day to the workout classes...the afternoon classes fit into my daily schedule
Love the kids center. They know my son by name and treat him like he's their own. The classes are GREAT!! Love instructors Beth, Judy, Debbie! !! Front desk always has a smile
Came from One Life in Newport News... Hopefully they'll get some more options and triple the amount of plates and free weights. Gotta bribe people for plates...also, if you've got bad form, good luck on a trainer helping you out unless you pay - my back hurts from watching horrible form and the trainers sitting around on their phones.
