This is a great gym. Definitely the best in va beach. The only downfall is that it can get extremely busy at times, but for good reason. The staff here works extremely hard to keep the facility and equipment clean and organized. This is what has kept me coming back. I tried to explore some other gyms due to how congested it can get there but I was thoroughly disappointed. Just started Zone4 with Pat and I love it! You guys have the best instructors. Thanks to Tracy Harding for inviting me to Bodypump. Iam now a proud member and down 14lbs.
Been coming here for about eight months now and I absolutely enjoy everything about it. Great staff and facility cleanliness is great.
The day care staff at this location is rude and unprofessional. Don't leave your babies here.
