I love ❤️ the Va. Beach location, the only thing I dislike about the Gym is that the took the DAT-H20 classes away, An that water Zumba Dance class really helped my joints.... So Please Bring It Back!!'
Probably the best gym I've ever been a member of. Great customer service, huge and has everything. Just about any exercise, article or video you've seen where you've said "I've never even seen that equipment before", this gym has that equipment.
Love this gym!!!! This is where the big boys and girls play!!
I've been a member less than a month, but I've been very impressed with the trainers and staff. It's a very nice facility and I'm already seeing results from my Zone 4 class.
I love Online, there are several in the area and they have the hours and equipment I need to keep my fitness level high! I use this Fitness Center 5-6 times every week, I highly recommend it!
Killer Gym!!! Welcome to the home of motivation. I slay it every time I cross the threshold, due to being surrounded by the most driven fitness savvy community in Virginia Beach. "Lets go" "100% Every Session" "Ease Up on the Throttle, No Accelerate Only" Expand Baby Expand !!!! Chris
The staff is super-friendly, the facilities are very clean and Arlene's barre class is aerobically fun and challenging!
