I signed up with Junior and he got me set up without a bunch of hassle. He set me up with Ashley the personal trainer and I LOVE her! She's amazing and since I have gotten to know some of the rest of the staff like Nester, Jennifer, Amanda, Antonia..... I wish I could remember the other EP trainer's name.....they are always super motivating and fun. I like it there so much I'm taking advantage of renting their kids space for my toddlers birthday party.
Nothing overly negative. Would benefit by having dumbells larger than 100lbs. Up to 150 would be amazing.
I love it! Signed up for zone 4 , best trainers ever , I go 3 times a week , it's 3 months training I am totally signing up for more months, seeing results quick!!!
Ms. Jennifer Jackson is the best Education Director. Professional, Courteous, Always Accomodating, and just Fantastic!

As an OG to this place on the basketball court and also being the bench press king I can truly say I'm impressed with this S&H and enjoy coming here. The manager Phillip goes out of his way to help you out in every way possible. Calvin is usually at the front desk checking people in at an exceptionally fast rate. All the staff seem very friendly and helpful. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it definitely needs to be bigger so it's on par with the Woodbridge S&H. A swimming pool would be great!! :-)
