Stafford Sports & Health is a friendly place to be. They have great personal trainers and staff who is willing to help you. The place is very clean and machines are up to date. Looking for a good clean gym come join this one its great.
this is by far the worse gym ever! I had been a member for over 6 years and finally due to horrible service decided to cxl my account...already out of contract. I had spoken to management there and got no results. I contacted the corporate office and advised them that I would consider keeping my account open but a member of management would have to contact me. Hate the new hours! Opening later has completely screwed up the workout for all of us who commute to the city - all the complaints result in the same answer " it was a corporate decision".
