I love the Body Combat class here. JoAnne, Regina and Teresa W are all amazing teachers. I have never been the type of person to consistently work out and certainly not the type to do classes. My boyfriend convinced me to join in March and I took my first Body Combat class in June. I am addicted and it definitely shows. I look better than I ever have. If I can do it anyone can! Thanks ladies!!
The worst customer service ever. I called just to get a price on the kidz club and was told that the prices have only gone up since I went in the last time to see about membership and that price they quoted me was twice as much as the email I just received from them. I asked repeatedly what the price was just to add the kids club and she would not quote me a price other than the pay per visit price. Worst sales people ever. And I'm only giving 1 star since I have to give a rating.
I absolutely HATE this gym. if there were another option, any other option i would cancel my membership and leave... I would even join a planet fitness and they are like the gym antichrist. This gym has raised the rates but have not really upgraded the equipment in the facility. they did have a new squat rack but they have taken away some things that were good in order to make space for the crap that they did buy. The gym really has shown their true colors. Once you are signed up you get treated like a stepchild. Everything focused on activities they can charge additional for. I joined just to play basketball and they have done ZERO upkeep. The rim has been broken 3 weeks. They have never redone floors. We mop ourselves. I guess as long as the electronic payment is received who cares.
