They have the best staff and trainers and coaches. So impressed with them here.

Best gym around! Staff are unbeatable ❤️❤️❤️ Various Class Schedule to accommodate Everyone's needs. Very supportive Instructors led by JoAnne Briggs. Can't say enough great things about this place which is why I'm here 5-6 days per week! 😊
They have really made great strides in improving the cleanliness of the men's sauna, bathroom, and locker room overall. The facilities themselves have increased the amount of cleanliness. The equipment is always well-maintained and ready to use. Even though there's construction right now it's very easy to get a workout in.
