I rarely write bad review but have had enough complaints to actually write one. The website states kids club hours for Friday and supposedly there are no kids club hours on Fridays. We emailed you to update the website and it still states it's open. We have called ahead twice for kids club on other days, are told it's open until we show up and are repeatedly told "unfortunately, kids club closed at..." I have never wrote a bad review on anything in my life. Unfortunately I did not have a good ending with this gym. Not only did the woman at member services, Jessica, speak to me so rudely with no understanding or help. But she also told me there was no help she could give me whatsoever and that the people at the Reston location don't have their facts straight. My happy place! I love the group classes--fun and challenging, always something new. And the Kids Club is amazing!
Great location right off the WOD. Nice water filter. Friendly staff. But not enough classes, no towels..Cleaning staff routinely hang out in the sauna and talk to their friends very loudly. Tends to be noticeably hot when working out on the cardio machines. Not enough air circulation.
I went in and canceled my membership that I had paid in full at the beginning. They said I had to email. I emailed to cancel. I got a confirmation email that said it was canceled. They proceeded to charge me twice the original membership fee the following month and stopped responding to email. DO NOT USE THIS GYM!!!!
