The Reston Onelife Club is a WONDERFUL place to work. The Yoga Room has sound proofing which enhances the Yoga experience for everyone. When not working I enjoy my weekly fix in their spacious and immaculately clean sauna. Come in on a lunch break and take my Wednesday 12:15PM Yoga Class. I'd love to meet you! Namaste, Cynthia
The mid-morning crowd is great! So many motivated folks of every level and age making workouts fun! Many options for classes like: cycle, yoga, pilates, Zumba, cardio and strength. Plus, on my off days... I like the cardio and TRX equipment.
Onelife Reston is a terrific health club and a great bang for the buck! I have been a member for 15+ years and have been extremely satisfied. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff -- from the front desk personnel to trainers, cleaning staff and admin. State of the art equipment in a large clean space, recently remodeled locker rooms, free exercise classes (included in monthly dues), and in a convenient location with plenty of parking.
