I have been a member of Onelife Fitness/Sport and Health Reston for many years, and I believe it constitutes a great value. I've never needed a swimming pool, handball courts, etc., and have hesitated to join a club that offers such amenities at a premium price. Onelife provides what I'm looking for--good equipment, highly skilled trainers, and a friendly, helpful staff. Plus, the club is well maintained and offers plenty of parking. This has been my gym for 10 years now. Great gym, clean, and great environment. Super staff all around. Wide range of offerings: private Pilates Reformer sessions, TNT, Explosive Performance Training, Personal Training, Dance and Zumba, yoga, and Group fitness classes are just some of the many options available The Group Exercise classes and instructors here are the best around, creating a very motivating environment. I miss my gym when I travel!
I've been a member here for a long time and have always love the "small town" feel the gym has. People are so friendly to each other. Whether you are taking a class or just working out on the floor, you will feel at home in this gym. The people are great and make the difference! The classes are top notch and the personal training staff are very professional. Parking is very easy and convenient and the price is right! Love this gym!
It's a great club. Everyone is friendly and helpful. There are a variety of fun classes to take and enjoy. Just a fun place to be!
