Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here with this gym. The staff has always been super welcoming and helpful. The play area for my toddler was wonderful. He always had a great time and loved saying hello and goodbye to all the staff coming in and out. The instructors for classes are also excellent. We are sad to be moving out of state. Highly recommend this gym

I’ve been a member of both Onelife Fitness and Sport and Health for over 18 years. Why? No matter what your schedule may be there is always a class that will accommodate it. Both facilities are always CLEAN! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always at your service. Yes, there are fancier gyms out there but why throw your money away when you have everything you need right here for a fraction of the cost. Thanks Onelife! J Shum
