I've been going to this club for more than a decade and it just gets better. nice people at the desk, I love my trainer Lisa and it's so convenient to my Reston home. my favorite class is zumba.
Went to the gym at 530 am on a Friday morning and it wasn't open in spite of the timing specifying it to be open at 5 am. Few other members were waiting in their cars for the gym to open. Waited for 10 minutes and then left.
Stop putting fliers on my car. Whoever you're paying to pepper every car in the metro parking garage, just stop. It's beyond annoying at this point, to have to throw away your trash for you every other week.
I have been going here for nearly a decade. My wife far longer. It's been a great place to keep healthy and fit. Over the years I can see the results. I especially like the large numbers of different kinds of equipment. You can always get to use the equipment you want and not have to wait for someone else. The staff is quite friendly. The club offers excellent value. I have gotten hooked on coming here on a regular basis and schedule.
This such a great club, friendly staff, lots of amenities, and just a really good atmosphere.
Love this gym. Have everything I need here and a great community of people. Reasonable dues for whole family.
