Don't blame us if you start to prefer getting cleaned up at the gym instead of at home.

Staff is super awesome and I am ready for this new chapter in my life.
Ever since OneLife opened up, I was curious to see how different it was from all of the other gyms I've attended in the area. After smashing legs for 2.5 hours, I was not only thoroughly impressed at the layout of the facility (they have 6 squat racks!), but also how clean it was as well as it's welcoming environment. Since my employer moved downtown, this is directly down the street from it, and I'm highly considering dropping my tenured membership at Genesis Health Clubs (a.k.a. 24-Hour Fitness), and transferring to OneLif... read more
Such an encouraging environment with a lot of people who want to help and support you! Finally, a gym I don't dread going to, but actually look forward to.
Love it. Everyone is nice, they all works hard and no one judge! A very pleasant place to workout. One thing I think they need I a swimmingsuit drier in the restrooms. Some times after the shower the sponge is wet and is a big mess! But other than that, this place is the place to be. ^_^
