Best gym in the KC area. Lots of cardio machines, a bunch of state of the art resistance machines, an area for functional training and enough standard bench press, squat racks etc. A place for everyone!

Great equipment, price, and friendly staff. Not to mention 24 hour access! If you work or live in downtown KC...this needs to be YOUR gym.
