Top of the line Precor, Hoist, FreeMotion, Octane & more. Free WiFi and TVs built into our cardio equipment. With individual lockers, private showers, Italian tile, and luxurious spa products. Don't blame us if you start to prefer getting cleaned up at the gym instead of at home.

Motivating and challenging instructors, clean, wide-range of classes, and large locker rooms. I love Onelife!
I actually love this gym. And Thursday night, thanks to Eileen for keeping the Zumba class in tact even though she could have stayed at the employee party longer! She rocks!
Clean facility - Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Awesome group classes - Great value! This gym has everything you're looking for without a crazy price tag, or those self righteous gym people (you know what I'm talking about). Even though I moved out of downtown KC, I still make the drive to get to this gym. In my opinion, it's the best in KC.
