Take Jesse's yoga class! I've been practicing yoga off and on for 15 years or so. I've done different types in different settings. Jesse's class is my favorite...of all time! I break a sweat, so it feels like a workout. The poses and flow are challenging, so I know I'm building strength. The focus on breath work leaves me with that sense of calm and peace that I love about yoga. His teaching style perfectly blends instruction with guidance and humor, all with an excellent pace. I look forward to Friday's at noon!
