Top of the line Precor, Hoist, FreeMotion, Octane & more. Free WiFi and TVs built into our cardio equipment. With individual lockers, private showers, Italian tile, and luxurious spa products. Don't blame us if you start to prefer getting cleaned up at the gym instead of at home.

By far the best gym in KC. New equipment, good classes, and the pool is nice too. I love doing cardio in the cinema room. Worth the money.
Has utmost potential. I’ve both worked in gyms and worked out in gyms all over the world and this one disappointed me, sadly. I paid $40 for my fiancé and I to work out for 1 day.. I’ve paid this before but the gyms that cost this much 1. Had many more ammenties and 2. Were actually clean. Grime on the machines, bathroom was what some might call “trashed”. RecommendedI’ve visited a few gyms and yoga studios around the country and I wish I lived in KC because their gym is one of the best! I was in the city for a conference and wanted to do yoga during my down time. I checked out a few places online and OneLife was the closest so I figured I would give them a whirl. Love this gym! The staff is very positive and motivating and are easy to come to with any questions. The price is very affordable for everything that you get! I have lived in a number of cities where gyms like this will cost you a fortune. You can't beat their convenient downtown location, free parking, classes, challenges and summer pool access.

I got a guest pass from my hotel but they wouldn’t let me workout without my ID.
