RecommendedHighly recommend. Came in to see if they could work something out for a short term membership while I was home on leave. The staff was very accommodating and military friendly, and they worked with me and my brother in law so we could have a very affordable memberships while I’m home. Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean, lots of equipment for all types of fitness. Thank you, especially Sammie and Bobby!

RecommendedI love this location so much what I love most is the friendly workers and clean environment. I liked how there were different options of machines and most importantly I didnt feel uncomfortable. The locker rooms were especially a vibe they had a sauna, shower, a pool and a Jacuzzi The environment is clean, cool and my fellow brother and sisters are a joy to workout with. I highly recommend onelife and in this location

My home gym is Onelife-Woodbridge. Compared to Woodbridge, the condition of the equipment at Brambleton sucks. The cable machine had sooo much extra resistance and it squealed and squeaked the entire time using it. The sauna was really cold. Come to find out, the door wouldn’t even close all the way. I had to use a stretching piece to wedge the door. Sent an email and couldn’t even get a response back. Next week I better see some results!

I lift and play basketball weeklyThe main reason for this email is the main basketball net has been torn down for 2 months. Its been reported numerous time and nothing has been done.
