I was a memeber for 4 years and new management is horrible and they don't have a company customer service hotline!!! So if you have a problem you have no one to help you, I had issues with a manager (Daniel) and after complaining so many times no one did anything about it and I'm force to find another gym, the new GM (Franz) wouldn't even let me speak and act like he didn't care, sure they will be nice to you at the beginning so you sign in but then as soon as you have a serious issue you have no one to help you. Love the cinema room, great way to exercise and watch a good movies.
The contracts are horrible. Their account managers are the worst! We were literally told that we had to "ask permission" to terminate our account and that the "request must be approved". Then they act powerless to make any sort of account changes or updates for members despite the fact they are account mangers! They serve their own interests.
I am very impressed with this gym. I've been a member since January of 2016. I've used the training services and the classes. I especially enjoy the classes and am impressed by the caliber of talent of instructors at this gym. All of them are exceptional, but Shahanna Ailus takes it to another level! She is amazing! She motivates everyone and is a true inspiration! It's no wonder that all of her classes are full. People seek out her classes because of her level of energy.
