From New York .. great variety at this gym .. wish there was one here ..
I love the group class instructors, Body pump class and cycling classes. If you need a gym with affordable childcare and variety of classes this is the best option.
Excellent for a commercial gym. They have several racks and a deadlift platform. Their equipment is top notch and weights are put back where they belong.
I love this place. You get varieties to look for. I plan my workout each day.
Great place to workout, so many different classes available ! I am addicted to bootcamp with Eileen. Very friendly and helpful staff , and the facilities are always clean.
