RecommendedBeautiful, clean fun environment. the locker rooms are always well cared for. There is a variety of classes but I wish they would change it up some. Pretty much they are all the same type of class. I think the schedule needs to be updated. More innovative. Maybe an all bosu class or all exercise ball class.

My dad and I go to Onelife for about 2 years. Onelife really helped my dad over come his back surgery. The trainers were so helpful and helping my dads recovery. Kenny was spot on in his help and encouragement. I really recommend this gym.
My husband and I have been members of Onelife Fitness at Burke for many years and love it very much. It is not only a well managed and cleaned environment, but also there are a lot of equipment and classes to choose for our needs. Speaking of classes, We love all the instructors specially Susan Lee who is such a cheerful and friendly person besides her inspiring athletic experience. We always try the best not to miss her Yoga, Zumba and Forever Strong classes. We highly recommend this gym.

Been to quite a few gyms in the area and Onelife blows them all away. So much space, weights galore and the staff rocks!
