Love how clean it is, Friendly smiles, Variety of classes offered during the day and night for anyone who wants to take night classes and AWESOME instructors. I love the classes and the staff are really nice. The trainers are willing to work with you to meet your goals and they don't discourage you
Since Sport & Health membership brought me to One Life in Burke, I have attended my second Zumba class there. Both instructors have been outstanding! I am so impressed with this facility and I can't wait to experience all their other weekend instructors. Thank you for having early weekend Zumba classes!
