The gym is very upscale and modern. It has a variety of classes and the membership is affordable. In addition, they have a smoothie bar at the front.
I’ve made multiple complaints about people wearing gym shoes in the sauna and stepping on the lower bench to sit on the top bench. I’ve yet to receive a phone call about my complaints even though I’ve requested one. Better yet no sign has been put up or anything done to rectify the situation. The sauna is always hot and damp from wet swimsuits or sweaty gym clothes which means any bacteria would flourish. It’s only a matter of time before someone catches somethig
I can't recommend Zone 4 and Bo Beasley enough. While Zone 4 can be tough, Bo has a gift for working with people of all fitness levels while creating a challenging environment for all us participants. He has been a coach and mentor for me plus a constant source of encouragement through my gains and one set back since he took over as Zone 4 Director.
Found Onelife Fitness in Burke through ClassPass. Attended their Aqua Zumba class one Friday night. Enjoyed it. Wasn’t the regular instructor (a sub instead), but still fun. Will definitely check out other classes there in the future.
Highly Recommend! Great facility. Extremely clean. Positive trainers and instructors. And they fix any broken equipment quickly unlike other gyms.
Terrible customer service. Had a situation involving cancellation of my account and they did not handle well at all! Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Recently joined this month and have completely loved the energy of the staff and the gym! Makes working out so much more enjoyable with all the different options! Thankful for Ashleigh who took time to show me the gym and connect on a personal level! Definitely have made me a believer in OneLife!
