I have donated blood at work many many times in the past with no issues. Today it took well over an hour and was not crowded. That's a lot of time out of my office. Also the techs I dealt with had zero personality. One said absolutely nothing to me while the other I could hardly understand through his thick accent. On top of that, the needle was quite painful, an issue I have never had before. I would suggest some customer service training and a little more urgency on the part of the techs.

My mom Susan Johnson works in St. Petersburg One Blood team and she is amazing at her job! Not just that, this is saving someone's life. I have experienced her services before and I had no pain at all. The team work is wonderful too. Seeing everyone work together and being so kind snd nice to any and every customer who donates is a plus!
My husband & I donated blood today for the very first time on the big red bus at our local Wal-Mart, was nervous at first because I didn't know what to expect but it was a very pleasant experience! All the staff on the bus was very nice, patient and thorough. My phlebotomist Julio was awesome! They were very caring as I got light headed right after but they provided a snack and drink and made sure I was feeling better before I got off that bus!
