I have been donating in Orlando since I moved here permanently In 2005 and am working on my 25 gallon in 11 years, before that I have several gallons in the Tampa market, and several in the G'ville area. I started when my mom was very ill and blood was an issue with insurance, so I said I would never want to have to deal with such issues, and neither should individuals in need. One Blood is a tremendous organization, both the way they treat donors and recipients alike. It is my way on making a small difference .....
