Better Tech's I don't need to hear their problems
my complaint is about the blood pressure temperature machine and the employees using it. I waited 25 minutes for a physical review. we're watching a blood pressure machine that the employee emptied out the air pressure the machine three times to get the blood pressure results she wanted. there were 5 donors waiting. team leader wasn't helping the reviewer. the reviewer insulted a donor about his temperature. if you know your machines are not working or calibrated why keep using them and getting an in accurate results. this c... read more
Have always had a good experience when I donated,(long time donor), staff is appreciative, and such a good cause
Not a good first experience at all! We were very unhappy! Took forever. also my arm hurt for 2 days badly and bruised horribly. It still is brusied!! Not a normal bruise by the spot they took the blood. All over my arm. when my mom donated blood there her WHOLE arm was bruised HORRIBLY for such a long time. Wouldnt reccomend the bus!! would donate blood again, but not by those people!! they messed up! it shouldn't bruise the way it did!
Oneblood is an awesome community asset that is always trying to save lives for our community!
always very friendly, & as gentle as possible, & there is always a good incentive, other than knowing you are doing a good deed of course 😎
